Electrical fires occur through the process of Arc → Flare → Smoke/Heat, and the HAECHIE arc sensor detects the arc before the fire phenomenon, Which is the flare. It only responds to the unique ultraviolet light emitted during the arcs occurrence, accurately detecting arcs without interference from other light in the atmosphere .
