PHM detects the failure of chassis parts and estimates the life cycle using the data gathered from inside and outside the vehicle.
It ensures safety for the driver and efficiency for the auto repair shops by providing relevant data.
PHM is especially important for autonomous vehicles since they require a high level of maintenance due to their complexity.

PHM Concept

Vehicles are divided into segments (chassis, body, ADAS, power train, etc.) and PHM applies to the chassis segment, which is the core technology of HL Mando.
HL Mando’s PHM can be applied to all vehicles with HL Mando’s chassis products or even with those with similar chassis products.
PHM is a data-based solution, which is based on AI technology, including all infrastructures (communication, cloud, etc.) for data transmission.
